How to get free shipping:
We are happy to offer free shipping on all Domestic orders over $75. This applies to the Continental US only (excludes Hawaii, Alaska and Canada). Make sure to check the Free Shipping option at checkout if your order qualifies

Nectar is delighted to accept any unworn, unwashed, unaltered or non-damaged merchandise within 30 days of the original ship date, for exchange or return on orders placed within the Continental US and Canada.
Shoes must be returned unworn and in original packaging.
All returned items are subject to inspection to ensure they are in the conditions stated above.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method only. In the event that a refund cannot be returned to the original payment method, a store credit will be issued that may be used online or at one of Nectar's physical locations.
Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable on returns. Exceptions will be examined if you received any damaged merchandise or if the wrong item was sent to you (we apologize in advance if this happens).
Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed once received. Also note that it will take approximately 1-2 billing cycles for your return to reflect on your credit card statement.
Nectar Clothing is not responsible for any and all return or refused package shipping charges, the customer will be charged for the amount using the original payment method.
All packages received 90 days after the order date are automatically returned to sender and can not be accepted for return or exchange.
All domestic and Canada packages are shipped by Nectar Clothing from Redlands, California via United States Postal Service or Fed Ex.
Can I return/exchange web orders in store?
Your online purchase cannot be returned to any of our store locations. However, to save you on shipping costs, all items can be dropped off for return or exchange at our Redlands, Ca. location. Please call our Redlands Web Office (909-792-0315 or toll free 855-792-0315) if you need directions. Returns and exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Please call at least 24 hrs in advance (855-792-0315) for orders placed with Local Pick-Up, to ensure your order is ready in store.

Simply identify the item(s) you are returning or exchanging on your original invoice and then follow these quick steps:
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Nectar Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is up to the customer to contact Nectar Clothing's customer service to file the package as lost or stolen. Once that step has been made a claim will be filed with the carrier to investigate the situation. After the carrier has confirmed the package was not delivered to the customer's shipping address, we will then replace your item(s) or issue a refund, excluding a $7 shipping and handling fee.
Your order will process and ship within 3 business days during regular business hours (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an e-mail notifying you when your order has shipped. This includes orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.
All orders shipped within the Continental US (excludes Alaska & Hawaii) will ship at a flat rate of $7.00 via standard shipping (5-7 business days). Orders qualifying for free shipping can take up to 14 days to reach you. If you need your items faster, you can choose an expedited shipping method at an extra cost. Please note that all expedited orders must be placed before 11AM PST Monday - Thursday in order for your order to ship same day, excludes weekends and holidays. All standard overnight orders placed before 11AM PST Monday - Thursday will ship same day, this excludes weekends and holidays.
The purchaser is responsible for all shipping & handling fees on items returned to Nectar. All returned or refused packages are subject to a $7 shipping charge.
Nectar Clothing has partnered with International Checkout to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in your Tote, and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by international credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order including, billing, shipping, and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at email@example.com or calling their customer service number for your country.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges on international orders due to the increased cost of international shipping.
