We love nectarines! That's why we want you to be 100% satisfied every time you shop with us. How to get free shipping:We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders over $75 for the Continental US only (this excludes Hawaii and Alaska). Make sure to check the Free Shipping option at checkout if your order qualifies.
Return/Exchange Policy:Nectar is delighted to accept any unworn, unwashed, unaltered or non-damaged merchandise within 30 days of the original order, for exchange or return. Shoes must be returned unworn and in original packaging. All returned items are subject to inspection to ensure they are in the conditions stated above. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method only. In the event that a refund cannot be returned to the original payment method, a store credit will be issued that may be used online or at one of Nectar's physical locations. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable on returns. Exceptions will be examined if you received any damaged merchandise or if the wrong item was sent to you (we apologize in advance if this happens). Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed once received. Also note that it will take approximately 1-2 billing cycles for your return to reflect on your credit card statement. All purchases are shipped by Nectar Clothing from Redlands, California via United States Postal Service or UPS. Can I return/exchange web orders in store?Your online purchase cannot be returned to any of our store locations. However, to save you on shipping costs, all items can be dropped off for return or exchange at our Redlands, Ca. location. Please call our Redlands Web Office (909-792-0315 or toll free 855-792-0315) if you need directions. Returns and exchanges will be issued back to you within 5-7 business days. Please call at least 24 hrs in advance (909.792-0315) for orders placed for in store pick up, to ensure your order is ready.
Instructions for Returns & Exchanges:We want this to be a hassle free process for both of us! As long as your request complies with our Return/Exchange policy you're good to go! Simply identify the item(s) you are returning or exchanging on your original invoice and then follow these quick steps:
Shipping:Nectar can only ship within the continental US including Alaska & Hawaii and Canada, until we expand our horizons. If you would like help placing an order outside of the continental US email us with the items desired and your address, we will do our best to fulfill your order. Your order will ship within 3 business days during regular business hours (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an e-mail notifying you when your order has shipped. All items will ship at a flat rate of $7.00 via standard shipping (5-7 business days). If you need your items faster, email us and we will be able to quote you on the additional shipping cost. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping & handling fees on items returned to Nectar. |
