Shipping & Returns
We want our Nectarines to receive their orders as quickly as possible. All orders will process and ship within 3 business days during our business hours of 9am – 5pm PST (excluding weekends and holidays). Once the order has shipped you will receive an e-mail notification providing tracking information. We have several shipping options available for you to choose from:
Free for California Residents Only. If you are local to our Redlands or Claremont store, you can choose Local Pickup at checkout and your order will be sent to the store for you to pickup. Redlands order will be delivered by the next business day. Claremont orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days.

Flat Rate Shipping:
Flat rate orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx carriers and will be delivered within 2-7 business days.
FedEx offers Ground Delivery, 2-Day Express and Standard Overnight shipping. 2-Day Express and Standard Overnight orders must be placed before 11AM PST Monday - Thursday in order for your package to ship same day, excludes weekends and holidays. If your expedited order is placed after 11AM PST Monday – Thursday it will be sent out the following day.
Free shipping is available for all Domestic orders over $75. This applies to the Continental US only (excludes Hawaii, Alaska and Canada). *Free Shipping may take up to 14 business days to be delivered.
Alaska & Hawaii:
Alaska or Hawaii orders are shipped using USPS Flat Rate Boxes and will be delivered within 10-12 business days.
Canada orders are shipped using USPS or FedEx. Purchaser is responsible for any shipping, handling, or customs fees for the order. Packages are delivered within 14 business days. *Orders may take longer to be delivered due to customs issues.
Nectar Clothing has partnered with International Checkout to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in your Tote, and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by international credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order including, billing, shipping, and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling their customer service number for your country.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges on international orders due to the increased cost of international shipping.
Return & Exchange Policy:
We love our Nectarines! That’s why we want you to be 100% satisfied every time you shop with us. If you weren’t happy with the items you receive we would love to return or exchange them for you within 30 days of original order date. Returns & exchanges are as easy as 1, 2, 3! Follow these 3 steps for a hassle free process.
* Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only; no refunds will be issued for sale items.

If you are local to our Redlands or Claremont CA store locations you are welcome to drop off the order to a sales associate for a return. Exchanges are welcome to be made in store within 30 days of the order date.
Once the package is delivered to our facility the items are subject to inspection to ensure they are unworn, unwashed, unaltered & non-damaged. Your refund will then be issued to the original payment method only. Refunds may take approximately 1-2 billing cycles to reflect on your credit card statement. In the event that a refund cannot be returned to the original payment method, a store credit will be issued under your Nectar account. Refunds may take approximately 1-2 billing cycles to reflect on your credit card.
Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Exceptions will be examined if you received any damaged merchandise or if the wrong item was sent to you (we apologize in advance if this happens!). The purchaser is responsible for all shipping & handling fees.
Nectar Clothing is not responsible for any and all returned or refused package shipping charges, the customer will be charged for the amount using the original payment method.
All packages received 90 days after the order date are automatically returned to sender and cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
Lost or Stolen Packages:Nectar Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the event that your package is noted as delivered and you have not received it, the customer is responsible for contacting the shipping carrier with the tracking information to obtain more information or to file a claim. Once a claim has been filed with the shipping carrier please give us a call toll free at (855) 792 - 0315 to notify us of your lost or stolen package. Once the shipping carrier has confirmed the package was not delivered to the customer's shipping address, we will then replace your item(s) or issue a refund, excluding a $7 shipping and handling fees.
